View your Shopping Cart

Once you have registered with us and logged into your account, you can click on Shopping Cart from any page and you can check on all the items you put in there. You can also remove an item or add it to your Wish List for later purchases. Incase you are happy with what you currently have in the Shopping Cart then click on the 'Proceed To Checkout' button or browse through the site some more by clicking on the 'Continue Shopping' button.


View your Wish List

Occasionally we are sure you would like to indulge in some extra shopping but your purse strings don't allow you to. In this case, just put it in your Wish List and next time when you have the money just go to the Wish List and indulge. Also, you might want to send a gift to a friend whose birthday is probably a month later. So, if you come across the perfect book, CD, etc. for him/her just add it to your Wish List and log on a week or two before and add it to your Shopping Cart directly.


Review Your Order History

In your personal area you can view the details of all the orders you've placed with rollerbooks.com till date. Just click on Order History in My Account section and see the details against the order numbers of your earlier purchases.

Also, the Status will be displayed as 'Shipped' once your order has left the warehouse. If the status is displayed as 'Under Process' it could mean that we are still awaiting your payment or we are in the process of procuring all the items ordered by you.


Change your Password

To maintain security on the site, you should change your password periodically. The password must have at least 4 characters and a maximum of 10.It is also case-sensitive. Just click on Change Password in My Account

The Login page has a link to Forgot Your Password? You must remember your User Name and on entering that, you will be taken to your Secret Question. On answering the Secret Question in exactly the same words as you had entered in the Registration Page you can retrieve your password.

Password related tips to help you protect your privacy online

Never give your password to anyone online. Never give your billing information except to facilitate a purchase.

Make your password at least six characters in length. Create a password that includes a combination of numbers and letters.

If you have fallen for an online scam and gave out your password, change your password right away. You can do this by entering the 'My Account' section.


Modify User Information

You can modify the personal information (e-mail address, phone numbers), shipping information, billing details. Just log into your account and click on Modify User Information in My Account . We recommend that you provide us with your latest details for us to be able to service your orders efficiently.

If you want to stay in touch with the latest offers on our site or be updated on the latest happenings on the store, just subscribe to our regular Newsletter either while registering for the first time or through this facility. You also have the option to Unsubscribe from this facility if you would prefer to not receive the newsletter.
