You can check your order status by visiting your Account page.
"Order in process" indicates that part or all of your order is still being filled. When all of the items in your order are shipped, the status will change to "shipped".
We send out email notifications regarding order related issues including problems with credit card approval and item availability updates.
To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the ship out time of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select. Here's the equation we use:
Longest Ship Out Time + Payment Realisation Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
The most frequent email notices we send are to confirm receipt of your order and to inform you as items in your order are shipped. We also send notifications about issues such as changes in the expected shipping time frame, problems with billing, and cancellation notices. |
