Incase you need to return the goods due to any unforeseen circumstances, send us a message through our Feedback section, informing us of the reason along with the Order no. and we will revert to you. Please contact us within a week after receiving the consignment. If the return is due to an error that we have made, we will gladly refund the both the original delivery charge and the cost of return postage.

The following is the procedure in the cases mentioned below:

	In case you have received a damaged book/CD Don't worry, just return the book/CD and we will replace it.
	In case you have received a wrong book/CD. Please return the same with your Order number for our reference. We will replace it with the right title at an earliest. In case the book/CD you had ordered for is not available with us, we will arrange the refund.
	In case you want to cancel an order. If the order is not shipped yet we can refund the amount.
