Once any order and its payment are fully processed, we pack items for shipping. This is done with special care, so that they reach the customer in perfect condition. Our couriers deliver these items at the address submitted by customers while filling up the online order form. Therefore you must submit your shipping address correctly. |

The Shipping Address is where a customer wishes to receive his order. It could be his home or office or any valid address. |

Shipping time is the time taken to deliver an order at a shipping address, after the order has been shipped out. It depends on where the customer stays.
To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the ship out time of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select. Here's the equation we use:
Longest Ship Out Time + Payment Realisation Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time |

Please note that price for the dollar and pound are fixed by GOC. GOC stands for Good Offices Committee. GOC decides the rates for transaction between all publishers and large buyers such as libraries, for a period of one month. New rates are set every month by the Committee. |
